Michael K. Kim
CEO
Mr. Kim has more than 30 years of finance and accounting experience with Big 5 and Fortune 500 organizations. Mr. Kim has heavy Korean expatriate experience in consulting, auditing, mergers & acquisitions, and due diligence. At JIK Investments LLC, Mr. Kim is currently involved in major Korean investments and M&A projects in the U.S. and Korea as investment banker, investment consultant, financial adviser and also as an investor. His past positions include executive roles with Metropolitan Life Insurance, Deloitte & Touche, and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Kim has BA from Seoul National University and MS from University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA.
Minjung Kim
Director
Minjung Kim has been dedicated to developing the capabilities of young talent through entrepreneurship programs and business education for more than 25 years, working in Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore. In addition to her commitment to talent development, she actively engages in research and professional services, assisting startups with entry into the U.S. market and serving as a liaison between East and West to facilitate cross-border business expansion.She is the CEO of KoreaPEN, the Korean Chapter of PEN Worldwide, the global Practice Enterprises Network. She also serves as a Board Member of Caroline University (USA) and as the Director of the IIPCC (International Intellectual Property Commercialization Council) Korea Chapter. Minjung Kim holds a B.A. from Kyung Hee University.
Lorenzo Menne

Lorenzo Menne is a graduate from the European School Schulzentrum Utbremen in Germany. He possesses skills in diverse areas of business, with strengths in communication, presentation and patience, allowing him to connect with students and effectively guide them through complex concepts, ensuring a deep understanding and strong skill development.

John Spencer is a pioneer outer space architect and NASA award-winning designer for his work on the ISS. As co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Mars World Enterprises, Inc., he leads the creation of a $2 billion Mars-themed resort. With over $340 million invested in his Earth-based space entertainment projects, he is also a founder of the Space Tourism Society and the Outer Space Yachting Industry. He designed the first Orbital Superyacht “Destiny” and advises the U.S. National Academy of Sciences’ Science and Entertainment Exchange. A frequent media source and global speaker, he has visited Asia 20+ times for business development and space-themed projects.

Holds a master's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. Over 17 years-experience in day program management. His focus is to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. He has implemented programs that encourage choice and participation. Supports staff roles where their input is encouraged, valued and acted upon. He strives to employ individuals with strong advocacy skills who truly care about all aspects of an individual’s life. His work has established successful, life enhancing and profitable day care programs for special care individuals. Programs for elderly care are in the works.
